New year brings new challenges.
Nothing is worst than having a new unpredictable boss takes over the business and do unconventional things that cause uncertainties and chaos. In Chinese, we say it’s 鸡犬不淋.
Some try to enter into the new boss camp and ride on it. Some have to change their mindset and behaviour to adapt and survive when they cannot afford to leave. Some got sacked when they defy new boss’ orders. Some just give up and move out. I would quit.
