Congratulations to our Paralympics athlete for achieving gold in RIO.
Many sport psychologists have studied and
concluded that winners build their mental strengths over time from overcoming
pressures, setbacks and failures. I believe this is applicable in our career or
daily lives. Winners tend to focus on getting the job done well. They don’t
waste time pondering why their bosses or “big brothers” treat them differently,
gave them less reward and show them less physical and morale support on their
achievements. As the famous saying goes: “Tough times never last, but tough
people do.”
