You just leave it alone for 5 minutes.
Soon, you’d feel very anxious and lethargic. You breathings become
short-cycled and ‘butterflies’ start to wander inside your stomach. Your limbs
are not moving logically and your mind just cannot focus or concentrate on
doing any task. Beware, these are symptoms of FOMO phobia (Fear Of Missing Out)
or in short: severe addiction to your smart devices. Many people now suffer
from this ‘illness’ as they live their lives more in the virtual world than in
the real environment. Soon, other related problems would crop up later in life:
neck strain, stiff fingers, tennis-elbows and deteriorating eye-sights and
