Some people asked me what they should do when their bosses are bias
and toxic. This is a big-dollar question. This is what I advised them:
Before you join the organization, you have to interview your potential
immediate boss to judge his/her personality and character. If you find that it’s
not a good fit but the remuneration and benefits are very good, you have to decide
your next action(s) to accept, reject the job offer.
After you have joined the organization, you realize the true-colors
of your boss or a new boss who gives you ‘hell’ everyday. You have to decide
your next course of action(s).
In short, you’re your own boss deciding your own fate and destiny. What you do or not do is up to you. You have a choice!
