In the past, I wasted time by doing nothing
or sleeping. They helped me to clear my mind and recuperate my body.
Now I waste time by fiddling with my mobile
phone, reading contents that won’t help me grow or contribute to my goals. Many
useless stuff are shared to my close-contacts to expend their data 😊. Over time, my
brains stop thinking when I needed it to. Also, I often feel eye strains and
lethargic due to lack of rest. Damn!
