Have and have not

 

Haemin Sunim, a Korean Zen Buddhist monk said: “If you focus on the things you do not have now, your life become one of lack. But if you focus on the things you already have, your life become one of gratitude.” This is easy to say than done.   

If everyone adopts this mindset, there would be less mental health issues among living beings.
