Success is mainly about luck and who you know. It’s not about what you know or how hard or smart you work. If I like my Boss, I’m motivated to give more without asking. If I don’t like my Boss, I give only when asked. But if the Boss is paying me real good money for little work done, I have to force myself to pretend to like my Boss and my work. It’s called the “fake it till you make it” way of survival in the harsh workplace today.
