Anger Management

This digital painting is available for sale as print. Contact the artist privately.

Studies have shown that angry people stop thinking momentarily and act rashly and irrationally. They only realize the collateral damages caused by their actions when they cool down or wake up from their turmoil. Very often, it’s too late to amend or reverse anything.

The best anger management technique I practice and is effective for me is to have an immediate time-out when I’m furious or feel pissed-off with someone. I would stop everything and head to my secret and quiet ‘reflection corner’ inside my workplace(s) to reflect and think about my next moves.
This method works well for me.

What about you?
