When two big bosses are in conflict, many
people down the hierarchy suffer. If you’re a third-party, good luck to you.
Not so lucky if you’re inside the
conflict. It would be worst if your own boss is under the control of either one
of the big bosses. Some people would choose to leave the ‘hot’ environment but
most people have no choice but to endure the long ‘battle’ ahead till the next
major change comes. Meantime, people just pray everyday and hope for the best
to survive the day.
