Staying Mentally Strong

 


One way to improve mental health is to please yourself first. But this is easily said than done. Very often, you have to give up something or trade-in something in order to have some peace and calmness. This is not easy and everyone has to decide this on their own. Take care of oneself in order to take care of others. Especially so in this very tough time.
