In the past, being ‘serious’ meant bosses
kept assigning me big roles, big responsibilities and big tasks. But they
didn’t always come with big rewards, only more works! Sigh.
Today, it’s still the same. Bosses expect top
quality work outputs fast but give little or no incentives for doing ‘extra’
duties. My own conclusion is: hard work doesn’t always bring in good money! So
sometimes I have to say: NO. Thank You
Boss. My plate is FULL.
